Auckland Eye and it's sister surgical facility, Oasis Surgical, are proud to be awarded the Centre of Excellence for Australia and New Zealand by IQ Medical, distributors of the LensAR system. Auckland Eye welcomes their new specialist Brent Gaskin.

Brent joins us following advanced fellowship training in the UK and Australia in his sub-specialty areas of neuro-ophthalmology (visual problems that arise from the nervous system), oculoplastic surgery (procedures involving the eyelids, tear ducts and orbital area) and cataract surgery. Oasis Surgical would like to welcome the new visiting ophthalmologists.  

Two new visting ophthalmologists are now operating at Oasis. 

Dr Richard Hart who consults at City Eye started operating at Oasis Surgical in October 2011.

Dr Rachel Barnes, who consults at Retina Specialists, started with Oasis in March 2012.
